WiFi Connection Guide

Step 1: Activate WiFi pairing mode on the machine

• Plug in the power supply, press the power button to start the machine.
• Press and hold the WiFi icon on the control panel for about 5 seconds.
• When the device beeps and the indicator light flashes, the machine is now in ready-to-connect mode.

Step 2: Install the application on your smartphone

• Open the App Store (for iOS interface) or CH Play (for Android interface) on your smartphone.
• Search for the app “Tuya Smart” or “Smart Life”, then download it to your device.
• After installation, open the app and agree to the terms and privacy policy.
• Select register (if you don’t have an account yet) to create a new account. If you already have one, simply log in to the app.

Step 3: Add the device to the application

• Connect to the device.
• After successful connection, click on the “+” icon to search and scan for the device.
• When the application detects the device, select “Add” to include it in the app.
• Enter the WiFi password you want to connect to.
• When the indicator light stops flashing, it means the machine has connected successfully.
• Select “Finish”, then tap on the device icon in the application to start controlling it.

Notes During WiFi Connection:

To ensure a successful connection, please pay attention to the following notes:

• Ensure the network is stable and accessible.
• Make sure both the dehumidifier and the mobile phone are connected to the same network.
• The device can only connect to 2.4G WiFi; it does not support 5G WiFi connection.
• Follow all the steps as instructed in the application to set the machine into ready-to-connect mode.

Step 4: Complete Connection and Start Using

After a successful connection, the application will display the control interface of the dehumidifier, along with information about the current humidity and other operating functions.

• Press the power button to start the device.
• To display all features on the main screen, go to “Mode” and press the “+” icon to add more functions to the main interface. Then press “OK”.

Main Screen Features:

Mode (includes 2 modes)

• Ventilation Mode: In this mode, the machine operates the fan to circulate air without activating the compressor. When the user selects this mode, the fan continues to run normally, but the compressor does not operate, so dehumidification will not occur. This feature allows the machine to operate efficiently, disperse airflow, and help with odor removal.
• Dehumidifying Mode: When the ambient humidity ≥ set humidity + 2%, the compressor starts running, and the fan continues to operate normally to reduce humidity. Conversely, when the ambient humidity ≤ set humidity - 3%, the compressor stops, while the fan keeps running. The dehumidifying mode helps reduce the room’s humidity, keeping the space dry and comfortable.

Dehumidify 

The machine is equipped with a function that allows users to set the ideal humidity level to actively control humidity in spaces such as warehouses, production workshops, equipment rooms, etc. This adjustment is easily done through the increase (+) or decrease (-) buttons, with each operation adjusting the set humidity by 1%. After 6 seconds without operation, the screen will return to displaying the current room humidity.

Adjustable humidity levels: Users can flexibly adjust humidity from 10% - 90%, meeting a wide range of practical usage needs. When the actual humidity drops below the set level, the machine will automatically stop to save energy. Conversely, when the humidity rises, the machine will automatically restart, ensuring the space is always kept within a stable humidity range. Users can customize the humidity level according to the specific requirements of each area.

Childlock

This feature locks the entire control panel, preventing accidental changes to the machine’s settings when children or untrained individuals access the device. Once activated, all control buttons will be disabled, ensuring the unit operates according to the original settings.

Cloud Timing (Timer):

With the timer function, users can set the machine to automatically turn on or off according to actual usage needs. This makes the device operate more flexibly, especially useful for saving energy and optimizing performance, particularly during fixed hours such as after working hours or at night.

Users can set the desired time on the control panel, ensuring the machine only operates when necessary without the need for constant monitoring. This contributes to increasing the device’s durability and reducing operating costs.

Example: You can set the machine to automatically turn on at 09:30 on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays… Simply select the "ON" mode, then press the "OK" button to confirm.

Alternatively, you can also set a time for the machine to automatically turn off, for example at 10:30 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays… This will be the "OFF" mode, and on these days, the machine will automatically turn off at the scheduled time.
