Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy includes:

• Warranty Period: All products are covered for up to 24 months, with Panasonic compressors enjoying a warranty of up to 36 months.
• Warranty Conditions: Applicable for technical defects caused by the manufacturer.
• Damages from misuse, impact, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
• Warranty Process: Customers can bring the product directly to a warranty center or contact us via hotline for on-site warranty support.
• Defect Documentation: If a product is received with defects, please record a video or take detailed images of the defect and send them to Kosmen.
• Warranty Processing Time: Within 5 days of Kosmen receiving the video/images showing the technical defect.
• Nationwide Warranty Network: Kosmen maintains a network of warranty centers across the country, ensuring swift and professional service.
