The Kosmen IAHC process consists of 8 stages.
Detailed implementation process
Phase 1 - Customer Inquiry Reception
Kosmen receives customer inquiries through:
- Hotline
- Website
- Zalo
- Social media platforms
- Dealer and partner network

Phase 1 - Customer Inquiry Reception
Following the initial inquiry, Kosmen’s consulting team collects preliminary information regarding usage requirements, application environment characteristics, and project objectives as the foundation for subsequent evaluation and consultation stages.
Expected Output:
- Customer profile creation
- Initial requirement identification
- Project assignment
Phase 2 – Information collection & preliminary consultation
Following the inquiry reception stage, Kosmen’s consulting team collects and analyzes information related to the environmental conditions and operational requirements, including:
- Contact information
- Operational model / business type
- Products or materials being stored or manufactured
- Space dimensions and structural layout (with particular attention to ceiling height)
- Current humidity and ambient temperature conditions
- Ventilation conditions (exhaust systems, fresh air supply systems, etc.)
- Humidity and air quality control objectives
- Number of personnel regularly working within the area
- Number of frequently used openings (including doors and windows)
- Wall construction materials
- Other operational requirements (noise level, user density, frequent access, temperature impact, drainage location, etc.)

Phase 2 – Information collection & preliminary consultation
Based on the preliminary data collected, Kosmen conducts an initial assessment of the application environment and defines a suitable solution direction, serving as the foundation for subsequent site surveys and in-depth technical consultation.
Deliverables:
- Preliminary environmental assessment
- Initial solution recommendation
