Warranty and Return Policy
To ensure customers' rights when using Kosmen products, Kosmen provides information regarding the warranty and return policy for our products.
Product Warranty Policy
- 1-for-1 exchange for all models within 1 month if there is a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty coverage for 24 months for all products and 36 months for compressors on all dehumidifiers.
- Maintenance once a year (up to 2 times) is applicable for industrial machines.
- The air purifier filters are not covered under warranty.
Product Warranty Conditions
Products distributed by Kosmen must be within the warranty period and used under normal conditions to qualify. Customers are entitled to 24 months of free warranty service from the date of purchase.
If there are any issues with the device, you can use the warranty card and the receipt (or copy) to receive free maintenance services at the warranty center.
Conditions for warranty:
- The product is still within the warranty period.
- The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.
- The serial number and warranty label on the product must remain intact, not torn, patched, altered, or covered by any other label.
- When the product needs warranty service, please notify the warranty center or the designated maintenance department. The user is responsible for shipping fees.
Non-warranty Conditions
During the warranty period, paid maintenance services will be provided in the following cases:
- The warranty label shows signs of being torn, patched, altered, or covered by another label.
- There is missing or incorrect information regarding the selling company on the warranty card.
- Damage due to force majeure causes.
- Damage caused during transport or handling by the buyer.
- Damage due to not following the operating instructions.
- Damage or malfunction caused by dismantling, repairing, or modifying the device without the manufacturer's permission.
- Incidents or damage caused by corrosive gases or dust in the operating environment.
Product Return Policy
Conditions for Product Return
To ensure customers' rights during the return process, we provide the following return conditions:
- A 1-for-1 exchange is applicable within 1 month if there is a manufacturing defect.
- The returned product must match the model, type, and serial number on the purchase invoice.
- The returned product must include all accessories and the box must be intact.
- The product must be intact, without dents or scratches.
- The product must not be damaged during use.
Non-return Conditions
Additionally, there are some cases where product returns will not be accepted:
- The returned product does not match the serial number, model, or type on the purchase invoice.
- The product is scratched, damaged, or unusable.
- The product is missing its box or accessories.
- The product has been repaired or modified without the manufacturer's permission.
