Stage 1: Receiving Customer Requirements

Stage 2: Information Collection & Preliminary Consultation

Kosmen collected information and conducted a preliminary assessment of the finished product storage area to determine the humidity control requirements, providing a basis for proposing a technical solution suitable for the company's operating conditions. With the requirement to maintain humidity within the range of 50–60% RH, the technical team assessed the current warehouse conditions, air circulation, and factors that could affect humidity stability during finished product storage.

Based on the initial assessment, Kosmen preliminarily proposed a solution using 03 Kosmen KM-250S Industrial Dehumidifiers combined with 01 Kosmen KM-90S Industrial Dehumidifier. The system is capable of meeting the humidity control requirements for an area of up to approximately 1,300 m², contributing to maintaining a stable storage environment and meeting the company's finished product storage requirements.

Stage 3: On-Site Survey Confirmation

After agreeing on the initial solution direction, Kosmen coordinated with Hong Bao Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. to plan an on-site survey of the finished product storage area. Both parties confirmed the survey schedule, inspection scope, and necessary conditions to ensure that the survey could be conducted smoothly without affecting the company's operations.

Before implementation, the Kosmen technical team prepared all necessary measuring equipment, technical documents, and survey forms to accurately assess the current warehouse conditions. Thorough preparation helped ensure efficient data collection, providing a basis for calculating equipment capacity and developing a suitable humidity control solution.

Stage 4: On-Site Survey & Direct Technical Consultation

According to the agreed plan, the Kosmen technical team visited Hong Bao Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. to survey the current condition of the finished product storage area and assess the conditions affecting humidity control effectiveness. This was an important step in collecting complete actual data, serving as the basis for developing a suitable solution in the following stages.

At the site, the technical team conducted:

Stage 5: Solution Proposal & System Layout

After completing the survey, the Kosmen technical team analyzed environmental parameters, assessed the moisture load, and finalized a humidity control solution suitable for the actual operating conditions of the finished product storage area. Based on the collected data, Kosmen developed a solution using 03 Kosmen KM-250S Industrial Dehumidifiers combined with 01 Kosmen KM-90S Industrial Dehumidifier to meet the requirement of maintaining humidity within the range of 50–60% RH for an area of approximately 1,300 m² and ensuring stable finished product storage conditions.

At the same time, the technical team finalized the system layout based on the warehouse conditions, airflow direction, power supply locations, and product distribution characteristics. This layout helps distribute dry air evenly throughout the storage area, improve humidity control effectiveness, and create suitable storage conditions before the products are shipped and exported.

Stage 6: Solution Finalization & Contract Signing

After completing the technical solution, Kosmen coordinated with Hong Bao Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. to review the details related to the humidity control solution, equipment types and quantities, implementation schedule, as well as warranty and after-sales policies. Both parties discussed and agreed on the technical requirements to ensure that the solution met the company's finished product storage needs.

Once both parties reached an agreement, the contract and relevant technical documents were completed, officially moving the project into the implementation stage. At the same time, the delivery and installation plan was developed to ensure that the equipment would be delivered on schedule and ready for operation.

Stage 7: Delivery, Installation & Acceptance
