Kosmen Project Implementation Process

Phase 1: Customer Inquiry Reception

To maintain a dry and stable meditation environment while meeting the project's humidity control requirements, meditation room in Tay Ninh Province selected the Kosmen ceiling-mounted dehumidification solution. The project was carried out through the collaboration between Kosmen and Song Khanh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd., the installation contractor, to ensure standardized implementation in accordance with the project's technical requirements and site conditions.

Receiving the project inquiry, Kosmen's engineering team recorded the client's requirements regarding operating conditions, humidity control objectives, and the characteristics of the meditation hall. This information served as the basis for developing the appropriate technical solution and implementation plan for the following phases.

Phase 2: Information Collection & Preliminary Consultation

After receiving the project requirements, Kosmen's engineering team collected information related to the project site and discussed the requirements directly with the client. The collected information included the usable area, ceiling height, building layout, air conditioning system, air circulation, and installation conditions.

Based on the collected information, Kosmen identified the initial requirement to maintain the meditation hall below 60% RH and determined the project site for the on-site survey. This information served as the basis for the engineering team to conduct the on-site survey, calculate the required dehumidification capacity, and develop an appropriate humidity control solution in the following phases.

Phase 3: On-site Survey Confirmation

After the preliminary consultation was completed, Kosmen worked with Song Khanh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. and the project owner to confirm the on-site survey plan. The survey schedule, inspection areas, and technical items to be evaluated were agreed upon to ensure the survey would be carried out on schedule and in accordance with the project's requirements.

At the same time, Kosmen's engineering team prepared the necessary measuring instruments and technical documentation to accurately collect environmental data, providing the basis for developing the technical solution in the next phase.

Phase 4: On-site Survey & Technical Consultation

According to the agreed schedule, Kosmen's engineering team conducted an on-site survey of the meditation hall at meditation room in Tay Ninh. The survey focused on measuring the indoor temperature and humidity, assessing the existing space, air conditioning system, fresh air supply system, electrical supply, condensate drainage system, and equipment installation locations to ensure all technical requirements of the project could be met.

Based on the on-site survey, Kosmen determined that the humidity-controlled area covered approximately 154 m² with a ceiling height of 5 m. The meditation hall was equipped with an air conditioning system combined with a fresh air supply system, regularly accommodating approximately 80 occupants, while requiring the indoor humidity to be maintained below 60% RH. Based on the measured data and actual operating conditions, Kosmen's engineering team calculated the required dehumidification capacity and developed an appropriate humidity control solution, including the equipment capacity, quantity, and installation locations for the next phase.

Phase 5: Solution Proposal & System Layout

Based on the survey results, Kosmen's engineering team analyzed the collected data and developed a humidity control solution suitable for the characteristics of the meditation hall. After the technical evaluation, Kosmen proposed installing Kosmen ceiling-mounted dehumidifiers to provide uniform humidity control throughout the entire space.

With its concealed ceiling-mounted design, the Kosmen KM-180DS optimizes the usable area while preserving the architectural aesthetics of the meditation hall without affecting daily activities or meditation sessions. The units were installed above the ceiling outside the meditation hall, separating the equipment from the occupied space to minimize operating noise. This installation method not only ensures effective humidity control but also maintains the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the meditation hall while allowing convenient access for routine inspection and maintenance.

Phase 6: Solution Confirmation & Project Agreement

Every aspect of the solution was reviewed and adjusted where necessary to ensure compatibility with the actual site conditions.

Once the technical solution was approved, Kosmen collaborated with Song Khanh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. to develop a detailed implementation plan, prepare the equipment, manpower, and technical requirements, ensuring that equipment delivery and installation would be completed according to schedule.

Phase 7: Equipment Delivery, Installation & Acceptance

The units were installed on suspended ceiling support frames outside the meditation hall and integrated with the electrical supply and condensate drainage system, ensuring efficient operation while minimizing noise inside the meditation space.

Upon completion of the installation, Kosmen's engineering team inspected the entire system, configured the operating parameters, and conducted on-site commissioning under actual operating conditions to evaluate the dehumidification performance and system stability. After confirming that the system met all technical requirements, the project was accepted and officially handed over for operation.
