Kosmen project implementation process

Stage 1: Customer requirement assessment

After receiving the request from ORPC Vietnam Co., Ltd., the Kosmen team began assessing the company's humidity control requirements for its production and storage areas. As a manufacturer of sports equipment and outdoor products, ORPC aimed to maintain a relative humidity level of 45–55% RH to minimize the impact of moisture on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, while ensuring stable operating conditions for the production line.

Based on the initial information provided by the customer, the consulting team documented the existing conditions, humidity control objective of maintaining 45–55% RH, project objectives, and technical requirements. All collected information was compiled into a project profile and forwarded to the engineering team in preparation for the site survey and the subsequent consultation process.

Stage 2: Information gathering & preliminary consultation

In the next stage, Kosmen worked closely with the customer to collect the information required for solution planning. The discussions covered the size of the humidity-controlled area, the building structure, ventilation conditions, airflow direction, and the operating characteristics of the production and storage areas.

The engineering team also reviewed the production process, raw material characteristics, factory operating schedule, and environmental requirements. This information provided the basis for a preliminary assessment and helped determine a humidity control solution that met the customer's actual requirements.

Based on the collected information, the consulting team proposed an initial solution and recommended an industrial dehumidification system suitable for the project.

Stage 3: Site survey confirmation

After the preliminary implementation plan was agreed upon, Kosmen coordinated with ORPC Vietnam Co., Ltd. to arrange the on-site survey at the manufacturing facility. Both parties confirmed the areas to be inspected, the project contact person, and the necessary conditions to ensure the survey was carried out as scheduled.

Before the survey, Kosmen's engineering team prepared the required measuring instruments, technical documents, and survey forms. This thorough preparation helped ensure the site assessment was conducted efficiently while providing accurate information for developing an appropriate humidity control solution.

Stage 4: On-site survey & technical consultation

At the ORPC Vietnam manufacturing facility, Kosmen's engineering team conducted a comprehensive survey of the areas requiring humidity control. The assessment included measuring ambient humidity and temperature, evaluating airflow conditions, identifying sources of moisture, inspecting the building structure, determining the proposed equipment installation locations, reviewing the power supply system, and checking the drainage system. This information served as the basis for evaluating the actual operating conditions before system implementation.

In addition to the on-site survey, Kosmen's engineers worked directly with the customer's representatives to understand the production process, raw material characteristics, humidity control requirements, and operating schedule of the production and storage areas. By combining on-site measurements with the customer's operational information, the engineering team was able to determine the required dehumidification capacity and develop an installation plan suitable for the facility's actual operating conditions.

Stage 5: Solution proposal & system layout

After completing the site survey, Kosmen's engineering team evaluated the moisture load of the target areas and analyzed the actual operating conditions to develop a humidity control solution that met the customer's requirements.

Based on the assessment results, Kosmen proposed the installation of 4 Kosmen KM-180S Industrial Dehumidifiers. The selected equipment provides stable dehumidification performance and is suitable for continuous operation in industrial environments, helping maintain favorable production conditions while protecting raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

In addition to selecting the appropriate equipment, the engineering team developed a system layout based on the factory layout, airflow direction, power supply locations, and drainage system. This arrangement helps distribute dry air evenly throughout the controlled areas, improving dehumidification performance during operation.

Stage 6: Solution approval & contract signing

After receiving Kosmen's proposal, ORPC Vietnam reviewed the technical solution, equipment specifications, installation quantity, implementation schedule, as well as the warranty and maintenance policies.

Once both parties agreed on the implementation plan, the contract and related technical documents were finalized, allowing the project to proceed to the implementation stage. At the same time, the delivery and installation schedule was established to meet the customer's project timeline.

Stage 7: Delivery, Installation & Acceptance

According to the agreed schedule, Kosmen delivered 4 Kosmen KM-180S Industrial Dehumidifiers to the ORPC Vietnam manufacturing facility. The technical team carried out equipment installation, power connection, drainage system inspection, and operating parameter adjustment to ensure the equipment operated in accordance with technical requirements.

After the installation was completed, the entire system underwent a trial run to evaluate its dehumidification performance, operational stability, and its ability to meet the actual working conditions of the manufacturing facility.
