Kosmen Project Survey, Consultation, Installation and Implementation Process

Stage 1: Receiving Customer Requirements

To ensure stable environmental conditions for the laboratory, NOVO PHARM contacted Kosmen to seek a suitable humidity control solution. In the pharmaceutical industry, maintaining a stable humidity environment is an important requirement, contributing to the protection of test samples and equipment and ensuring quality throughout the research and testing processes.

After receiving the requirements, the Kosmen team proactively discussed with the company to understand the current condition of the laboratory, environmental control needs, and actual operating requirements. Along with equipment selection, the equipment layout was calculated based on the existing space conditions and the laboratory's air circulation characteristics.
