Kosmen's Warranty Policy

We understand that when customers choose Kosmen, they are not just selecting a product—they are placing their trust in our quality and service. That is why Kosmen has established a transparent and clear warranty policy, ensuring you feel confident and reassured throughout your journey with our products.
1. Warranty policy - For customer peace of mind
30 Day One-to-One Exchange Warranty
Within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product has a technical defect originating from the manufacturer, Kosmen will provide a 100% product replacement for all product lines.
Note: Customers are required to retain the product’s original packaging and all included accessories for the first 30 days to be eligible for the one-to-one exchange policy.
Standard Warranty
- All Kosmen products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- The compressor in dehumidifiers is covered under an extended warranty of up to 36 months
Free Maintenance Service
For industrial dehumidifiers, Kosmen offers scheduled maintenance once per year, up to two times during the warranty period.
Note: Filters of air purifiers are not included under the warranty coverage.

2. Warranty Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for free warranty service, customers must ensure that:
- The product is still within the specified warranty period.
- The issue is a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.
- The warranty seal and serial number must remain intact — not torn, faded, altered, or overlaid.
If warranty service is required, please contact a Kosmen service center or an authorized technical team. In the event that the product must be sent to the service center, Kosmen will cover all shipping costs.
3. Warranty Exclusions
While we strive to provide the best support, Kosmen cannot offer free warranty service in the following cases:
- The warranty seal is damaged, tampered with, missing the serial number, or altered in any way.
- Missing or modified warranty information, such as absence of the seller’s company name.
- Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, fire, or flooding.
- Damage incurred during transportation or handling performed by the buyer.
- Malfunction resulting from misuse or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by non-authorized service providers.
- Damage caused by operating the product in corrosive gas environments or areas with excessive dust, without proper protection measures.
