1/. A 1-for-1 exchange policy is applied within one month if a manufacturer defect is detected.

2/. Returned products must match the exact model, type, and serial number as indicated on the purchase invoice.

3/. Returned products must include all accompanying accessories and the original box must remain intact.

4/. Products must be in their original condition, with no dents, scratches, or physical damage.

5/. Products must not be damaged due to use by the customer.
