I. Pricing policy

1. Discounts

- The discount rate is applied based on the agreement between the parties, and any discount on orders is specified in the monthly dealer price list provided by the company.

- Dealers may receive additional discounts in the following cases:

+ Immediate payment upon the Company’s delivery of goods

+ Meeting sales targets according to the levels specified in Article 8 of the contract

+ Additional support or bonuses will be paid in cash, via bank transfer, or deducted directly from outstanding balances.

2. Selling Price

- Based on purchasing performance and other cooperation terms, dealers will receive the pricing policy corresponding to their dealer level.

- The pricing policy is designed to ensure competitiveness and maximize profitability for dealers in the market.

II. Delivery and warranty policy

1. Delivery

- The Company is committed to delivering goods according to the information stated in the dealer’s purchase order (type, specifications, quantity, and related details) and ensuring product quality in accordance with published standards.

- Delivery locations and conditions are carried out according to the agreements confirmed in the purchase order or accompanying documents.

- Shipping support policy:

+ Free delivery within the inner-city areas of Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City.

+ Free delivery within a 100 km radius from the Company’s branch locations (applicable only to industrial dehumidifiers with a capacity from 150 liters/day).

+ Free nationwide delivery for machines with a dehumidifying capacity from 180 liters/day.

+ For areas outside the supported range, shipping costs will be agreed upon depending on the distance from the Company’s warehouse to the dealer’s address and final delivery location.

2. Warranty

- The Company guarantees warranty support for all goods supplied to dealers according to the specific policy of each product line.

- Warranty conditions: Products must remain intact with the warranty seal and be registered on the system using the serial number. The warranty period begins from the time the product is delivered to the customer or a third party.

- The warranty period follows the manufacturer’s standards and starts upon completion of delivery to the dealer.

- The Company reserves the right to refuse warranty in the following cases:

+ Goods with missing or broken warranty seals

+ Damage caused by subjective reasons such as dropping, improper use, or unsuitable operating environments

+ Damage caused by objective factors such as electrical surges, fire, or natural disasters not attributable to the Company

III. Support policy

- Support for brand promotion through the Company’s media and communication channels

- Provision of customer leads located near the Company’s headquarters or branch areas during the cooperation period

- Preferential dealer pricing according to the established dealer policy

- Technical training, product installation guidance, and free project consulting support

- Updating dealer contact information and logo on the Company’s website and marketing materials

- Representation by the Company in signing sales contracts when requested by the dealer’s customers or when the dealer is unable to sign. Profits (after deducting contract execution costs) will be transferred back to the dealer after fulfilling contractual obligations between both parties.

- Support in designing and constructing product display counters at the dealer’s showroom

IV. Dealer requirements

- Dealers are responsible for receiving goods according to their order, thoroughly checking product information, and signing the delivery report clearly.

- Arrange, display, and distribute products at their store/supermarket, while ensuring product quality.

- Upload the products to their website, e-commerce platforms, and online channels.

- Comply with the Company’s guidelines on sales, storage, repairs, and promotions. Dealers must also implement promotional programs conducted by the Company.

- Provide business performance reports for products supplied by the Company when requested.

- The listed price and selling price displayed on packaging, signs, websites, media, the store, or any sales location must match the retail prices stated in the price list provided by the Company.
