1. Payment Policy – Flexible & Secure

We offer two popular payment methods, allowing customers to choose the most suitable option:

1.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can pay directly to the delivery staff upon receiving the product at the registered address.

2. Shipping & Inspection Policy – Fast & Transparent

2.1 Delivery Time

Kosmen commits to delivering your order within 24 business hours after confirmation. Our staff will contact you in advance to verify order details before dispatch.

2.2 Shipping Fee

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the nearest Kosmen warehouse to the delivery address. The specific fee will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer before delivery.

2.3 Order Cancellation Process

Customer-initiated cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled if the product has not yet been packaged or shipped.
• If the order has been processed, packed, or is in transit, customers may refuse delivery, but will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs.

Kosmen-initiated cancellation:

• Kosmen may cancel an order if we are unable to contact the customer using the provided phone number.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or lockdowns may also lead to order cancellation. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

2.4 Product Inspection Policy

• Customers have the right to visually inspect the product upon delivery (trial use not applicable).
• Verify the quantity and model against the invoice.
• Refuse the order if the product is incorrect, dented, or damaged during shipping.
  

3. Responsibilities During Shipping

3.1 Kosmen's Responsibilities

• Ensure products are intact, accurate in quantity, and undamaged upon delivery.
• Provide complete documentation: delivery note, invoice, contract, CO, CQ (if applicable).
• In case of shipping issues, Kosmen will proactively contact the customer to resolve the matter.
• Be responsible for any technical faults or incorrect products delivered.

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information: full name, phone number, email, and address
• If someone else is receiving the order on your behalf, please provide their information in advance.
• Inspect the product and sign to confirm it matches the order.
• Customers have the right to request a return/exchange if the product does not match the order.
• Pay the remaining balance (if any) upon receiving the product.
