Kosmen project consultation, installation and implementation process

Phase 1: Customer requirement collection

Kosmen received a request from COT Vietnam regarding a humidity control solution for its tablet electronic component manufacturing area. The customer required a stable environment to protect electronic components, reduce the impact of moisture, and ensure consistent product quality.

After collecting the initial requirements and environmental control objectives, the project profile was created and assigned to the responsible technical team.

Phase 2: Information collection & preliminary consultation

The Kosmen team gathered information related to the production area, operating conditions, assembly processes, and humidity control requirements.

Based on the initial data, Kosmen conducted a preliminary environmental assessment and proposed a suitable humidity control solution to maintain humidity levels within the 40–60% RH range, meeting the requirements of electronic component manufacturing.
