Survey, consultation, installation, and project implementation process

Phase 1 – Receiving customer requirements

Kosmen received the customer's request for a humidity control solution for their electrical cable equipment storage area. According to the initial information provided, the customer aimed to maintain stable humidity levels to protect products from the adverse effects of a humid environment.

The consulting team recorded all requirements and transferred the information to the technical department for evaluation and solution planning.

Phase 2 – Information collection and preliminary consultation

After receiving the project, Kosmen collected operational data related to the area requiring humidity control. The customer specified a humidity control target of 40–60% RH to ensure proper storage conditions for electrical equipment.

Based on the initial information, the technical team conducted a preliminary assessment and proposed a suitable solution direction aligned with the customer's operational needs.

Phase 3 – Site assessment confirmation

Information regarding the storage area, operating conditions, and humidity control objectives was confirmed before developing the technical solution.

Kosmen also prepared all necessary consultation documents and technical materials for project implementation.

Phase 4 – Technical analysis and solution consultation

Kosmen's technical team evaluated factors affecting humidity levels within the storage area, including floor area, characteristics of stored products, warehouse traffic frequency, and actual environmental conditions.

Requirements related to preventing oxidation, condensation, and storage quality deterioration were also carefully reviewed to ensure the proposed solution would fully meet the customer's needs.

Phase 5 – Solution proposal and system layout

Following the operational assessment, Kosmen proposed the installation of a total of five industrial dehumidifiers:

Kosmen delivered the equipment and completed the installation according to the agreed schedule.

After installation, the entire system underwent operational testing and humidity control performance verification before being officially handed over for use.
