Stage 1: Customer inquiry reception

Kosmen received a request from Diamond Food, a manufacturer of cacao and confectionery products, for a humidity control solution for its cleanroom facilities. The client aimed to maintain humidity levels between 50–60% RH to protect raw materials, preserve product quality, and ensure a stable production environment.

After collecting the initial project requirements, facility information, and humidity control objectives, a project profile was established and assigned to Kosmen’s technical team for further evaluation.

Stage 2: Information collection & preliminary consultation

The Kosmen team collected and reviewed key project information, including:

  • Two humidity-controlled cleanroom areas with floor spaces of 120 m² and 390 m², both with a ceiling height of 3 m.
  • Operating temperature of approximately 25°C.
  • Central air-conditioning system.
  • Fresh air supply system.

Based on the information provided, Kosmen conducted a preliminary assessment of the operating environment and proposed an initial humidity control solution tailored to the requirements of food production facilities.

Stage 3: Site survey confirmation

According to the client's requirements, the project was implemented based on the technical specifications and operational data provided by the company. Kosmen worked closely with the client to verify installation conditions, operating parameters, and environmental control requirements before proceeding with system calculations and solution development.

All necessary technical documents were prepared to support the design and implementation process.

Stage 4: On-site technical assessment & consultation

Based on the operational data provided by the client, Kosmen’s technical team analyzed the moisture load, air circulation conditions, central air-conditioning system, and existing fresh air supply to evaluate the dehumidification requirements of the cleanroom areas.

At the same time, humidity control targets, production characteristics, and operational requirements were carefully reviewed to ensure the proposed solution would effectively meet the client’s objectives.

Stage 6: Proposal confirmation & contract finalization

After finalizing the technical solution, equipment specifications, installation quantity, and project schedule, both parties completed the contract and relevant technical documentation in preparation for project execution.
