Stage 1: Understanding the Customer’s Requirements

Kosmen received an inquiry from a railway facility in Hanoi seeking a humidity control solution for its elevated railway maintenance area. The facility required a consistently dry environment to minimize the effects of excess moisture on machinery, components, and technical materials used in railway maintenance and operations.

Stage 2: Information Gathering & Initial Consultation
