Kosmen has installed an industrial dehumidification system in the production and finished-brick storage areas of a large brick factory in Northern Vietnam. Continuous humidity control is essential to optimize drying, storage, and minimize product defects.

Factory evaluation

The factory representative shared that before installation, seasonal transitions and humid periods often caused humidity levels to rise significantly in the production area, resulting in a high rate of cracked bricks after drying. Many batches required re-sorting, consuming manpower and delaying delivery schedules. Additionally, continuous rusting of molding systems negatively affected shaping precision.

After the Kosmen KM-90S industrial dehumidifier was put into operation, humidity has remained consistently stable at the set level. Bricks exiting the kiln achieve higher uniformity, defect rates have dropped sharply, and the workspace is now dry, safe, and cleaner for workers. The factory highly values the unit’s strong performance, energy efficiency, durability, and long-term stability even under continuous industrial operation.
