The process is simple. After receiving the product, customers just need to complete the electronic warranty activation as follows:

Step 1: Scan the QR code on the warranty label

• Find the electronic warranty label on the side of the unit and scratch off the silver coating to reveal the QR code.
• Use your phone’s Camera or Zalo app to scan the QR code and access the warranty activation page.

Step 2: Enter your product information

• After scanning the QR code, enter the required product information as instructed.
• Double-check your information before submitting to ensure the activation is recorded accurately.

Step 3: Complete activation and receive your entry

Once the electronic warranty has been successfully activated, customers will receive one entry into the promotion and a chance to win prizes according to the official prize structure.

The entire process can be completed directly on your phone, allowing you to activate your product warranty and register for the promotion conveniently at the same time.

Important notes

To ensure your eligibility, please note the following:

• Each warranty activation QR code can only be scanned and used to participate once.

• Customers must complete the electronic warranty activation according to the instructions to have their entry successfully recorded.
• Prize winners of physical gifts must provide the required information to Kosmen Eco to complete the prize claim documentation. After verifying the winner’s personal information, Kosmen Eco will notify the winner of the specific date and location for prize collection.
• In the case of authorized collection, the authorized representative must provide the winner’s information when collecting the prize in person, including a certified copy of the Citizen ID (issued within the past 6 months), phone number, serial number, and a prize collection authorization letter in accordance with applicable laws.

Prize claim procedure:

Customers must provide an image of the winning notification, personal identification information (ID card/Passport/Citizen ID), prize claim code, valid serial number, and product invoice/purchase receipt for the Company to verify eligibility and process the prize.

Related costs:

• Customers will not be charged any fees for claiming the prize; however, travel expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customers are responsible for the vehicle registration and registration document fees for the electric scooter.
