In rice cracker production, the drying stage plays a decisive role in determining dryness, crispness, and overall product quality. However, humid “nồm” weather with high air humidity often causes moisture to accumulate in the drying room, prolonging drying time and resulting in unevenly dried crackers, with a potential risk of mold growth.

To address this issue, Tran Xa traditional rice cracker production facility selected Kosmen industrial dehumidifiers to control humidity in the drying room. The equipment helps maintain a stable drying environment, supports efficient and continuous drying, and reduces dependence on external weather conditions.
