Product Structure

The Kosmen KM-25N operates using a refrigeration-based condensation system, consisting of key components such as the compressor, air intake fan, condenser, water tank, heat exchange coils for moisture condensation and air drying, and a control system.

How It Works

The device pulls in humid air from the environment using its intake fan and channels it through the cooling coils. Moisture in the air condenses into water droplets and drains into the internal tank or is discharged via a drainage hose.

The dehumidified air then passes through the condenser coils to be warmed before being released back into the room. This process continues until the ambient humidity reaches the desired preset level.

Usage Guidelines for Kosmen KM-25N

To ensure smooth and long-lasting operation, keep the following points in mind:

Use in the Recommended Space Range

Do not place the KM-25N in an area larger than 95m², as this can overwork the machine and reduce its lifespan.

Keep Doors and Windows Closed

While the device is running, keep the room sealed to prevent humid air from entering and to allow for quicker, more efficient dehumidification.

Avoid Frequent On/Off Switching

Turning the unit on and off repeatedly forces the compressor to restart, which uses more electricity and may reduce the device’s lifespan.

Maintain Proper Clearance

Place the unit on a flat surface with at least 20–30cm of clearance from walls or obstacles for optimal airflow and efficient operation.

Clean Regularly

Clean the pre-filter every 1–3 months, depending on usage frequency. Also, clean the water tank regularly to prevent the buildup of dirt, mold, and bacteria.
