Kosmen – Bonding Trip, Sustainable Growth

With the vision of building a cohesive work environment, nurturing team spirit, and fostering comprehensive development, Kosmen organized a 4-day, 3-night experiential trip to Ha Long – Hanoi, offering all employees meaningful moments filled with emotion and shared values.

Departing from Ho Chi Minh City, the Kosmen team flew to Hanoi and continued the journey to the beautiful city of Ha Long. Ha Long opened up a fresh atmosphere, creating conditions for all members to recharge their energy together. In the afternoon, a lively teambuilding program took place on Tuan Chau beach. Through group challenges, the Kosmen team demonstrated seamless coordination, team spirit, and the determination to overcome all limits to achieve shared goals.

On the second day, the team visited Ha Long Bay – a UNESCO-recognized natural wonder, admiring the majestic landscape and the unique beauty of Vietnam’s nature. The group stopped to explore iconic sites such as Sung Sot Cave, Titov Island, and more.

In the evening, a warm and elegant Gala Dinner was held. The event was also an occasion to introduce the new sub-brand – Kosmen Eco – and to further spread the spirit of unity. The vibrant performances and fun team games left many unforgettable memories, strengthening bonds among colleagues and teammates.

Continuing the itinerary, on the third day, the Kosmen team visited the Quang Ninh Museum – an impressive architectural work preserving the historical and cultural values of the mining region. This was not only an exploration experience but also an opportunity for each member to broaden their knowledge and nurture pride in national traditions.

In the afternoon, the group returned to Hanoi and continued the journey to explore the capital. Here, the group had the opportunity to take part in the solemn flag-raising ceremony at Ba Dinh Square, visit President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house, the Temple of Literature, and stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake to deepen their understanding and pride in Vietnam’s history, people, and culture.

The trip was not only a time to rest and recharge but also an important milestone for the Kosmen team to deepen mutual understanding, strengthen connections, and together aim for greater goals in the future.
