Job Description:

• Develop creative content (Reels, short videos, etc.) across multiple platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc., following a Brand Film series approach.
• Conduct A/B testing (hooks, captions, posting times) to identify the most effective viral formula.
• Plan weekly and monthly content in alignment with each campaign, ensuring content matches target customer insights.
• Directly collaborate in filming and video editing (CapCut) based on scripts.
• Research ideas from various sources and global trending video content to propose ideas for assigned channels.
• Repurpose TikTok video assets into Reels and YouTube Shorts to maximize reach.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze content performance through key metrics (views, engagement, clicks, conversion rate, etc.), then propose optimization strategies to improve brand awareness performance indicators.
• Perform assigned tasks and complete reports as requested by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or KOL/KOC; experience growing from 0 to 20K+ followers or proven sales performance is a strong advantage.
• Good-looking or charming appearance, natural acting ability, confident in front of the camera, and not camera-shy.
• Creative mindset, trend-sensitive, and understanding of TikTok user behavior.
• Ability to write basic scripts and understand short-form video production (composition, lighting, camera angles is a plus).
• Eager to learn and willing to stay updated with new trends.
