Kosmen Project Survey, Consultation, Delivery, and Implementation Process

Stage 1: Understanding Customer Requirements

After receiving the request from Innoflow Vina Co., Ltd., the Kosmen consulting team began assessing the company’s humidity control needs for its textile raw material and finished goods warehouse at the Do Luong Industrial Cluster in Hung Yen. As textile products are highly sensitive to airborne moisture and can be prone to mold growth and fiber deterioration, the company required a consistently dry and stable storage environment to maintain product standards throughout the storage process.

Based on the initial information provided by the customer, the consulting team reviewed the warehouse conditions, the characteristics of the goods requiring protection, and the company’s humidity control objectives. This preliminary data was then passed to the technical department as a basis for preparing the on-site survey and developing the solution in the subsequent stages.

Stage 2: Information Gathering & Preliminary Consultation

Following discussions with representatives of Innoflow Vina Co., Ltd., the Kosmen consulting team collected the technical information required to develop an appropriate solution. This included the warehouse area of 2,600 m², ceiling height, wall and roof structure, existing ventilation systems, the frequency of loading and unloading operations, forklift movement within the warehouse, and the requirement to maintain humidity at 60-65% RH.

At the same time, the technical team assessed the current storage conditions and the risks posed by high humidity to textile materials and finished products. Based on the information collected, Kosmen preliminarily recommended the use of Dehumidifiers to provide effective moisture removal across the large warehouse area and maintain stable environmental conditions. Stage 3: Confirming the On-Site Survey

Stage 4: On-Site Survey & Technical Consultation

According to the survey plan, the Kosmen technical team visited Innoflow Vina Co., Ltd.’s warehouse to inspect and assess the areas requiring humidity control. The survey included:

• Measuring actual temperature and humidity levels at multiple locations throughout the warehouse.
• Assessing air circulation and the clearance between storage rack rows.
• Surveying the structure, dimensions, and load-bearing conditions at the proposed equipment locations.
• Reviewing equipment placement to ensure effective air intake and discharge while avoiding obstruction to forklift routes and allowing convenient operation.
• Inspecting the electrical system and other relevant technical conditions.

Kosmen Conducts an On-Site Survey at Innoflow Vina Co., Ltd.’s Warehouse and Factory

In addition to the on-site survey, the Kosmen technical team held direct discussions with Innoflow Vina representatives to gain a clearer understanding of the storage processes for raw materials, textile products, and finished goods, as well as the company’s warehouse usage requirements. Based on this information, Kosmen was able to accurately assess actual conditions and calculate the moisture load for the entire space.

Stage 5: Solution Proposal & System Layout

The on-site survey results provided the basis for the Kosmen team to analyze environmental factors and develop an optimal storage solution for textile products, helping prevent mold growth and moisture-related damage to stored goods.

Accordingly, Kosmen proposed a system of 04 Kosmen KM-480S Industrial Dehumidifiers, precisely matched to the warehouse area and the humidity standards required by Innoflow Vina.

The equipment layout was also carefully planned to take advantage of the Kosmen KM-480S’s distinctive front air intake design. By positioning the units along walls and main access aisles, dry air can be distributed evenly throughout the warehouse and across the storage racks without obstructing internal traffic routes.

Stage 6: Finalizing the Solution & Signing the Contract

Stage 7: Delivery, Installation & Acceptance
