Payment Policy
Kosmen Joint Stock Company applies two payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
2. Bank Transfer

Note: For customers paying via bank transfer, please confirm your payment after completing the transfer.

- Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday morning)

Shipping and Inspection Policy
1.Delivery Time
Kosmen applies a shipping policy with delivery within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once we receive your order, our staff will contact you to confirm the order and shipping information before proceeding with delivery.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be determined based on the distance from the nearest Kosmen warehouse to the customer's delivery address and the final destination of the goods.
3. Order Cancellation Process
During the ordering process, the following cases may arise:
- Cancellation by Customer Request: If the customer no longer wishes to purchase and requests to cancel the order, Kosmen will proceed with the cancellation before the product is packed and shipped. If the product has already been packed or is in transit, the order cannot be canceled, and the product will be delivered as requested. In this case, the customer can refuse the delivery, but they will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred due to their cancellation request.
- Cancellation by Kosmen: In some cases, we may cancel a customer’s order if the provided contact phone number is incorrect, or our staff is unable to reach the customer to confirm the order. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or COVID-19 lockdowns may prevent us from delivering the product, in which case we will contact the customer to confirm the cancellation.
4. Inspection Policy
- Before receiving and making payment, customers have the right to inspect the product but cannot test it.
- Customers may check that the received product matches the model and quantity on the invoice.
- If the product does not match the invoice, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery.
- If the product is damaged during shipping, the customer may refuse the delivery.
5. Shipping Notes and Requirements
5.1 Supplier Responsibilities:
During the shipping process, the supplier must ensure the following:
- Guarantee the quality of the product when it is delivered to the customer.
Ensure that the delivered product remains intact, undamaged, and in its original condition. - Provide accompanying documents: sales contract, invoice, Certificate of Origin (CO), and Certificate of Quality (CQ).
- In case of any shipping issues, promptly notify the customer to find a solution.
- The supplier will bear full responsibility if the product is defective or does not meet customer requirements.
5.2 Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must also ensure the following:
- Provide specific information such as full name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
- If someone else is receiving the product on the customer’s behalf, provide their full details (name, phone number, email, delivery address).
- Upon receiving the product, the customer has the right and responsibility to check that the order and product meet the agreed-upon terms. Afterward, they must sign to confirm receipt as per the order details.
- Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange if the delivered product does not match their order.
- After signing the delivery confirmation, customers must pay the full remaining balance (if any).
